Thank you for supporting our youth in this very different format. Last Frontier Auction has waived all fees including a buyers premium. The only fee not waived is the 4% credit card processing fee. Updated Animal lots are 1-38. Lots 101- 124J are a BUY IT NOW or ADD - On feature. These are designed for those who would like to show support without purchasing an animal. Simply click the arrow on the left and choose the bottom option to Buy It Now Button. Each one of these 24 lots has a brief description of the amazing 4-H and FFA members who are participating.

  2. Bid on the animal you would like to purchase and then “CONFIRM BID”
  3. You may set a maximum bid on an animal lot and the system will automatically bid for you until that amount is reached.
  4. Updated Animal Lots have been moved to 1-38, all others are donations to the youth.
  5. On the Donation youth lots. CLICK THE DOWN ARROW AND CHOOSE THE BOTTOM OPTION TO BUY IT NOW. IT WILL CLOSE THE LOT RATHER THAN JUST BIDDING ON THE LOT.
  1. Lots will begin to close at noon on August 14th. 1 lot per minute. If a new bid is placed on an animal lot during the final minutes, the timer will extend.
  2. If you place the final winning bid, you'll be contacted by Tanana District Livestock Auction committee member to determine which processor you’d like your animal to be transported to (excludes Market Poultry and Rabbits). Successful bidders will need to contact the company of choice to arrange for processing of their animal. Or if they wish to process it themselves arrangements will be made for pickup of the animal.
  3. Payments will be collected through Last Frontier Auction and Sales.
  4. Transportation, slaughter, cut, wrap and freeze charges are in addition to the purchase price of large animals. If you are handling your own meat processing, there will be no additional charges. Large animals will be sent to the processor on August 15th unless other arrangements have been made.
  5. Small animal exhibitors are required to deliver poultry and rabbits to buyers butchered and dressed within two weeks of auction close unless another date has been agreed upon between the buyer and seller.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Credit card transactions are subject to an additional 4% convenience fee.
  1. If you are a preapproved business then you will be invoiced after the auction is complete. Payments will be collected through Last Frontier Auction and Sales.
 
  1. All credit cards on file will be charged within 24 hours of the auction closing.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
a. Your credit card on file with our company will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. In the event your card isn’t charged immediately, it will be charged within 24 hours of the auction closing.
b. If your credit card on file is declined for any reason you will incur a $15 Declined Card fee on your invoice. Please ensure your payment and contact information on file is correct, currently valid, and able to cover the entire invoice purchase price.
c. To arrange another form of payment such as cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer you must contact Last Frontier Auction and Sales (907-590-0145) at least 24 hours before the auction begins closing to ensure your request is received. If your alternate payment is not received by the pick-up deadline then your card on file will be charged for your full invoice total, including any applicable fees.
i. If your invoice is not paid within seven business days of the auction closing for any reason, the auction house reserves the right to ban you from future auctions. This will affect your ability to bid on any current or future auctions with Last Frontier Auction and Sales.
BIDDING ONLINE:
a. Bidders must have a valid credit card on file to bid when registering for an auction.
b. The auction will close at a rate of one lot per minute. If a bid is placed within an item's closing minute, the lot will be automatically extended by two minutes.
d. Bid increments are subject to change during a live online auction at auctioneer's discretion.
Animal Processing:

WARRANTIES OF OWNER/REPRESENTATIVE:
Last Frontier Auction and Sales is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Last Frontier Auction and Sales or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed online auction. Last Frontier Auction and Sales will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. Last Frontier Auction and Sales reserves the right to withdraw, re-sequence or re-catalog items in this auction at any time, for any reason.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE:
This agreement is governed by and construed in compliance with the domestic laws of the State of Alaska without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision or rule (whether of the State of Alaska or of any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction except the State of Alaska. All disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved in a court of law located in Fairbanks, Alaska.
